The websockify module translates between a WebSocket connection and a
plain TCP connection, so a browser can reach a service that speaks no
WebSocket of its own.  The payload travels base64 encoded or in binary
frames, which is what noVNC expects of a VNC server behind it.

This port only installs the module sources.  The module itself is built
by the nginx ports when their WEBSOCKIFY option is enabled.
