The slowfs_cache module caches files from a slow filesystem the way
nginx caches upstream responses.  A location serves its files through
the cache, so a request that finds a cached copy no longer touches the
slow device, and the usual proxy cache controls apply to it.

This port only installs the module sources.  The module itself is built
by the nginx ports when their SLOWFS_CACHE option is enabled.
