The form_input module reads the body of an HTTP POST or PUT request that
carries a form and puts the fields into nginx variables, using the
ngx_devel_kit.  Bodies encoded as application/x-www-form-urlencoded are
read out of the box, multipart/form-data where the configuration asks
for it.

This port only installs the module sources.  The module itself is built
by the nginx ports when their FORMINPUT option is enabled.
