The Chromium Embedded Framework (CEF) is a framework for embedding
Chromium-based browsers in other applications.  It provides a stable C and
C++ API on top of Chromium and Blink, including off-screen rendering, which
applications such as OBS Studio use for their browser sources and docks.

This port builds CEF natively from the Chromium and CEF sources, with the
FreeBSD patches of www/chromium.  It installs a CEF binary distribution in
lib/cef: the headers, libcef.so with its resources, the CMake files and the
libcef_dll_wrapper static library that CEF clients link against.  Point a CEF
client to it with CEF_ROOT_DIR (or CEF_ROOT) set to that directory.
